keel bulb

Bulb cast.
I cast the bulb in one piece unlike other bulbs I've seen on the builds which have been cast in two pieces.
If I had to start again, I would go two piece, it was a serious pain in the butt to cast in one piece--very difficult (basically impossible) to keep the lead molten long enough to do one pour. It's also BL&^%Y heavy!! From getting set up-- to removing the bulb took around 4 hours.
I don't know and don't give a flying F^%K if the shape is 'right', I just know I can bolt it on and go sailing soon.
As you can see I've already started on the filling/fairing. You'll see that I've cast in bolt holes (carbon tube) and cast in the slot for the keel to fit into. I'm lazy and didn't feel like drilling or chiseling out the slot.
