12mm threaded rod through the blade top to bottom. 50mm nuts with 5mm cross nuts and bolt to hold our lifting system and to stop nuts coming undone or a thread failure of the 12mm rod (unlikely).
I'm going to make the bulb in one piece again--read the old post about the first one--glutton for punishment but I like one piece and I have the mold ready to go.Shazza is also scoring a new carbon rudder and cassette box, soon to be built by Laurie and myself.
